I would give this product 4.9 stars (if there were decimal points).
Everything from the packaging to the product layout and overall appearance deserves a full 5 stars. It’s exceptionally well-presented, thoughtfully designed, and creates a strong first impression right out of the box.
I haven’t used it long enough to fairly evaluate its long-term performance, as that would require multiple charge cycles to properly assess its operational reliability and effectiveness.
The only notable drawback is the user manual. While it serves well as a reference guide or checklist, it falls short for first-time users—particularly because configuring the BMS requires the VESC Tool. The VESC Tool is a highly sophisticated software platform with numerous systems and sub-systems, offering a vast range of operations and configuration options.
Even for users with prior experience (I have configured five boards from scratch), navigating all the necessary settings when setting up a subsystem for the first time can be challenging. The complexity creates a steep learning curve that can quickly overwhelm even technically competent users. This increases the risk of connection errors and, in the worst case, damaging components such as the BMS.
That said, my experience with Jet Fleet’s customer support has been outstanding. Their response time was incredibly fast—almost real-time—which is invaluable when working with a complex system like this.
Overall, this is a high-quality product backed by exceptional support. With a more dedicated, step-by-step configuration guide it would easily earn a perfect score.

Minor issue: I had to reflash the firmware, but Fajdiga was very responsive and helpful on Discord.
The probe wires are black and can be a bit messy, but with some care it’s fine.

Simply put, this is an amazing BMS for an amazing price. It has all the bells and whistles you could want and still does what it should very well. The customer support for setup and repair is also top tier. Would recommend every time.
Its the best 32s charge only BMS for vesc bar none .. also one of the cheapest. Jet fleet products never disappoint.
