Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as JetFleet Store cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Import Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

JetFleet Store does not control these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Refused Deliveries and Customs Charges

If a customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, the shipment may be returned to us by the carrier.

In such cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and carrier handling fees.
  • These costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the shipment cannot be returned and is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Refusal to pay customs fees

The shipment may be returned to us. Any return shipping costs or carrier handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
