1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1–5 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Method: DHL Express
Estimated Delivery Time: (EU) 1-3 days (US) 2-5 days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to international destinations.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates
International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery times vary by location and customs clearance procedures but typically range from 2–7 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
JetFleet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
JetFleet is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking number shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
